A radiologist is a medical doctor trained to read and interpret X-rays, magnetic resonance images, mammograms, and other images to pinpoint an injury, determine the extent of an injury, and to help detect abnormalities in a patient.
When you have your exam done at Anne Arundel Diagnostics, the radiologist is an important component of your experience. The radiologist will examine your study and interpret the results which are then communicated to your referring physician.
Our radiologists are dedicated to providing the highest quality radiology services to our patients. The radiologists have advanced training in subspecialty areas including musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology, vascular imaging and advanced training in CT and MRI.
